A Probapro offers a return service within 30 days of receipt of the item: 1.
1. If the item is returned in its original condition and the packaging is in the same condition as new, we will issue a full refund.
2. If the item is returned in its original condition, but not in its original and undamaged packaging, we will charge a 10% fee per package.
3. all returned items will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. probapro reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange and return the item to you.
4. If you no longer wish to purchase an item and it is still unopened and unused, you may arrange to return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we will not refund your postage costs. The customer pays for the return postage himself/herself. 5.
5. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not received by our returns center. Items returned without (return authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Orders for which we do not accept returns.
1. For international orders, any additional international dispatch charges, duties or local taxes are also non-refundable.
2. Orders over $1,000 cannot be returned. Please test samples first. Product warranty is provided. 3.
3. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed to be damaged after this period may not be entitled to a replacement.
4. Returns without an authorized return number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
5. Returned items must be in saleable condition and come in the manufacturer's original packaging.
6. Orders received more than 30 days after receipt cannot be returned. We offer a product warranty.
Important Notes
1. Please do not return items to us that do not follow this process, as they cannot be properly identified and will not be replaced or refunded. Once we receive your package and confirm all returned products, we will issue a refund.
2. Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return.
3. Please try to keep the logistics tracking number and pictures of your package (preferably including product details) so that we can verify your order information.
4. If we determine that your order is missing, you are eligible for a refund. You have a maximum of 60 days after the promised delivery date to submit a claim for any missing items on your order.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are issued within 1 business day after we receive the returned item.
If you paid via PayPal, you will receive your refund immediately.
If you paid by credit card or bank account, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive your refund within 2 business days.
