All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (business days only).

Probapro offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $40

Orders cannot be modified once placed, orders are not shipped and we will cancel the order, if shipped the customer must wait for delivery or place a new order, return the incorrect item and receive a refund after returning it to us. Customer must pay return postage.

 

Shipping Methods for US Orders

Receipt via standard shipping takes 1-10 business days and shipping is free for orders over $39 within the 48 contiguous United States.

 

Shipping Methods for European Orders

Orders received by standard shipping take 1-7 business days and are shipped free of charge for orders over €39 within Europe.

 

If you do not receive your order within this time frame, it may be due to a postal system failure. If this happens to you, please send an email to our service team for more information at: after-sales-address@**.com

 

Please note: Your order may have been split into multiple packages, which means that your package may arrive at different times.

 

Out of stock items and backorders

If only a portion of an item is in stock at the time the order is placed and the out-of-stock item is in stock for more than 15 days, the in-stock item will be shipped immediately. Backordered items will be shipped after the stock is replenished.

 

If the out-of-stock order will be available within 15 days, we will ship the entire order when the out-of-stock order is in stock. If you need the in-stock item urgently, please feel free to contact us and we will refund the out-of-stock order and ship it immediately.

 

Do you ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?

We ship to international customers from probapro.com outside of the contiguous United States for volume pricing orders only. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. do not qualify for free shipping.
