1. In order to serve our customers and to comply with the following disclaimers and limitations, probapro offers the following limited warranty. All probapro products are covered under this warranty and we make no other warranty for a minimum of 1 year from the date of original purchase.

 

2. the warranty covers only products installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions we provide and does not make any warranty on any products that we otherwise install or maintain. The product dimensions listed are provided by our testing and are as accurate as possible to the best of our knowledge.

 

3. Defects or failures during shipment or due to alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, theft, defective maintenance, damage and acts caused by others, or failure to take adequate measures to prevent chemical, ice or snow damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty.

 

4. The warranty does not cover products exposed to toxic, nuclear or corrosive environments, or operating temperatures below -40 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius .

 

Some aspects of our products may be damaged by use, such as glass and finishes, due to the exclusion of many cleaning agents, and are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty.

 

6. This warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, disassembly or installation charges.

 

 

Disclaimer of implied warranties

except as provided in the limited warranty or as otherwise required by law, probapro provides all products as is and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all such warranties being expressly disclaimed.

 

Disclaimer of implied warranties

1. If during the warranty period, any probapro product proves to be defective in material or workmanship or does not meet our published product performance specifications, probapro's liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or, at probapro's option, replacement with a defective product that is not substantially similar in specification.

 

2. This warranty covers, and probapro is only liable for, the warranty coverage and damages specifically detailed above, and probapro shall not be liable for consequential damages unless otherwise required by law. incidental or consequential damages, even if probapro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. this disclaimer of liability applies during and after the warranty period.

 

3. If you discover a defect or malfunction during the period to which this warranty applies, repair or replacement must be properly notified and agreed to by probapro as indicated by the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Probapro offers a return service within 30 days of receipt of the item: 1.

1. If the item is returned in its original condition and the packaging is in the same condition as new, we will issue a full refund.

2. If the item is returned in its original condition, but not in its original and undamaged packaging, we will charge a 10% fee per package.

 

3. all returned items will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. probapro reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange and return the item to you.

 

4. If you no longer wish to purchase an item and it is still unopened and unused, you may arrange to return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we will not refund your postage costs. The customer pays for the return postage himself/herself. 5.

 

5. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.

If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not received by our returns center. Items returned without (return authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 

Orders for which we do not accept returns.

1. For international orders, any additional international dispatch charges, duties or local taxes are also non-refundable.

2. Orders over $1,000 cannot be returned. Please test samples first. Product warranty is provided. 3.

3. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed to be damaged after this period may not be entitled to a replacement.

4. Returns without an authorized return number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

5. Returned items must be in saleable condition and come in the manufacturer's original packaging.

6. Orders received more than 30 days after receipt cannot be returned. We offer a product warranty.

 

Important Notes 

1. Please do not return items to us that do not follow this process, as they cannot be properly identified and will not be replaced or refunded. Once we receive your package and confirm all returned products, we will issue a refund.

2. Please make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding with your return.

3. Please try to keep the logistics tracking number and pictures of your package (preferably including product details) so that we can verify your order information.

4. If we determine that your order is missing, you are eligible for a refund. You have a maximum of 60 days after the promised delivery date to submit a claim for any missing items on your order.
